• RPost's original eSignature offering was in its RMail product, and though eSignature is now also a separate, expanded application called RSign, signing capabilities are still tightly integrated with the company's secure email solutions.
• RSign provides administrators with robust and granular functionality to comply with data privacy laws and regulations. This includes an optional "private mode," which enables some data within the document to be hidden from certain viewers or the entire document content to be hidden other than from the originator and signers.
• RPost offers additional productivity boosters such as RSign Tags that allows users to add tags to documents as they are being created. When the document is uploaded to RSign, the fields specified by the tags will automatically appear as fillable and/or signing fields in the correct locations. This makes it possible for document builder tools to preplace eSign field tags into documents and then directly send for signing without any need for further sender or originator steps. Content can also be prefilled by applications into tagged fields or backfilled from tagged fillable fields into customer relationship management (CRM) or other applications.
