LOS ANGELES, CA — Aug 24, 2011 — RPost, the inventor of Registered Email services, and Esquire Innovations, the leader in document metadata management, today announced collaboration to extend Esquire’s iScrub product with RPost advanced messaging, security and collaboration services.

Now, after iScrub prepares attached documents for sending to external parties, it automates options to transmit the message and attachments via the RPost Cloud processing platform, for best in class email proof, compliant and secure encryption, and electronic signature services.

“If you are sending a document and it is important enough to consider using the best in metadata cleansing or automated PDF conversion, the document is presumably part of a high value outbound message and should be treated as such,” states RPost’s CEO Zafar Khan. “Esquire and its clients have acknowledged this and now have the automated options to convert the message en route to be sent as a Registered Email message via the RPost Cloud.”

By sending the document attached to a Registered Email message, RPost provides the sender with a proof record of delivery, opening, content, and official timestamp; encrypted message content as needed, or the ability to obtain sender and/or recipient electronic signatures embedded into the attached document.

Senders receive their own delivery and opening report. IT staff gain advanced analytics to identify compliance and training gaps, as well as auditable evidence records. Combined, these empower the user with better information, thereby minimizing help-desk time and support requests.

“iScrub continues to be one of the most widely used metadata products on the market. In this release we continue to enhance the product to meet our clients’ changing needs. Our clients want to use iScrub to manage their documents’ metadata before sending them to clients, outside parties or submitting them to the courts,” states Esquire Innovations CEO Randall Farrar. “Extending iScrub with RPost to now permit senders to obtain electronic signatures, transmit encrypted, or obtain greater visibility and proof of receipt and content, not only creates great administrative efficiencies for our clients, but also significant cost savings.”
