App Overview:

The RMail® for Yardi Breeze Premier integration empowers users to send Registered Email™ messages directly from the Yardi Breeze Premier platform, enhancing communication efficiency. Delinquency Correspondence emails can be sent as either Marked or Unmarked Registered Email™ messages, providing flexibility based on business needs.

Specifically, this application allows to:

  • Send Delinquency Correspondence emails as Registered Email™ messages from the Yardi Breeze Premier platform via the RMail system, either Marked or Unmarked.
  • Send Delinquency Correspondence emails as Registered Email™ messages individually or in bulk.
  • Select who the sender of the Registered Email™ message is from: Property, Company or Owner.
  • Automatically returns the sender a Registered Receipt™ email record with court-accepted, time-stamped legal proof of content sent and delivered via email.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards as GDPR, HIPAA, eIDAS, UETA, ESIGN, and more.

How it Works:

  1. Login to the Yardi Breeze Premier platform and select the Property where the delinquent Tenant is located.
  2. Complete the filter data needed to find the desired Tenant. Remember to select the correct Property and use the desired Sender from property, company or owner.
  3. Click on Display and the Tenant list will load. Then, select the Tenant/s and click on Send Registered or Registered Email buttons to send the Delinquency Notice via RMail. A success notification will be displayed, and the Delinquency Notice will be sent to the selected Tenant/s.
  4. The sender will automatically receive court-accepted, time-stamped legal proof of content delivery, including read acknowledgments, with Registered Receipt™ email records.
