App Overview:

Zywave Partner Platform is a web-based agency management system for insurance agencies maximizing growth and retention. The RSign for Zywave Partner Platform App allows users to send files for electronic signature from their Zywave Partner Platform interface leveraging all RSign features, such as the following:

  • Track and prove delivery of eSignature envelopes
  • Access a shared library of Templates and Rules to save time
  • Receive Legal Proof audit trail records for eSign and UETA-compliant transactions
  • Create custom eSignature workflows
  • Set custom reminders for signers

How to Install

Installation Tips:

Zywave Partner Platform customers with valid RSign credentials need to notify to activate the integration. Once the integration has been set up, a pen (eSign) icon will be embedded in the Documents section of the Client Profile in Zywave Partner Platform. Users can click on that icon to send the document for signoff.

Customers using the integration for the first time will need to login in Zywave Partner Platform with their valid RSign credentials as well as the RSign reference key. Please contact us if you do not have this information.

How to Register:

To start using RSign for Zywave Partner Platform, follow these simple steps:

  1. Find the document for signoff under the corresponding client.
  2. Click on the pen (eSign) icon.
  3. Enter your company RSign reference code (obtained when purchasing RSign). Contact us if you do not have this information.
  4. Enter your RSign username and password and save.
